OUR SECURE DOG FIELDS

Our two secure dog walking fields are both 2.5 acres in size with 6 ft of high-quality secure fencing, as well as dig-down netting, and some visibility screening around the outside.

There are enrichment activities in each field for your dog to enjoy, as well as handy facilities for owners. We have field shelters, water taps (on hard standing), a water trough, bowls, and waste bins on site.

When you arrive at our park, you can drive into our field onto a hardstanding car park and close the gate behind you- this means that your dog is secure from the minute that you open your vehicle.

DISCLAIMER:

While our field is fairly remote, we want to be upfront about the activity and noise surrounding our field, in case your dog is reactive in some way.

– There are sheep in a neighbouring field – 2 hedge lines and a farm track away. These are visible if you are looking for them.
– There is a private footpath that runs alongside the field. It is not commonly used, but occasionally has walkers/dogs passing. There is visibility screening and a gap between fences to minimise any disruption.
– At certain times of the year, neighbouring farmers may use crow scarers. If your dog has a noise phobia, this could be something to consider.
– Beyond the secure fencing, and over the hedge line, occasionally cars pass up the farm track. If your dog is highly reactive to cars and you feel this could negatively impact your trip, please consider this before booking.

LOCATION

Our two fields are located within the same area of the farm, and are nestled right outside the village of Harbury, just one turn off the Fosse Way (B4455). Getting to us is a breeze, whether you’re coming from the surrounding villages of Harbury or making your way from Warwick Gates, Whitnash, Leamington town, or Warwick. We’re super easy to find!

We are part of the Harbury Fields Farm family!

We fell upon the idea of opening secure dog walking fields in 2022, when a family member got a puppy.

They needed to find the perfect spot to train their pup – a secure place with zero distractions. Turns out, they had a bit of trouble finding a local spot he could swing by regularly. So, we put our heads together to make the dream of a secure and distraction-free dog walking field a reality!

We understand how crucial it is for your furry friends to have a safe space for their exercise. As a family-run business, we’re a bunch of dog lovers with six lovely pups between us. Two of them are working collies who, during their puppy training days, needed a secure spot to let loose and burn off energy.

With the peace of mind provided by Harbury Fields Dog Walking Fields, you can rest assured that your dog(s) will have the freedom to run around, or get training, away from other dogs or people. They’ll be back to you safe and sound after their session – happy, healthy, and ready for some quality time with you!
